We have learned so far:
- there are two main parts to every sentence - subject and predicate
- the subject word of a sentence can be a noun or sometimes a pronoun
- The predicate of a sentence must contain a verb
- the object of the verb is found in the predicate and can be a noun or pronoun.
Part two of this grammar series will cover inflection of verbs and nouns within a sentence.
