The buildings of Ancient Egypt

The cities and towns of Ancient Egypt had many different types of building. As well as houses, there were temples, tombs, government buildings, granaries and storehouses. The pharoah lived in a palace, and the rich noblemen had large houses, with walls around the gardens.
